The Service We Provide

Who You Contract With
The partner company is its own business. Your agreement for the plumbing work is made with that company, not with us. It inspects the problem, writes its own quote, carries out the job and stands behind it.
Money
Payment for plumbing work is made to the partner company, on the terms of the quote it gave you. We do not collect payment, take deposits or send invoices for that work. If a bill looks wrong, speak to the partner company first.
Prices and Timings
The partner company sets the price after seeing the fault, and puts it in writing before it starts. We do not promise a price or an arrival time, on this site or on the phone. Ranges quoted on these pages are published London guides for orientation, not offers.
When Something Goes Wrong
